Civic League Honors Five Local Homes

The criteria for selection are based upon the Civic League's mandate to approve the outward appearance of residential buildings constructed within Tract 9300. The Design Awards consider design excellence, neighborhood scale and context, and sense of place.

The architect, Eric Charles Parlee, came up with a brilliant solution to the two-story-over-garage problem by designing an elegant wrap around porch and then placing the garage beneath it.
